I like how you can move the die around on your card base to determine where you want the cut to end up. I made it towards the top of the card so I'd have a large clear area to stamp in the bottom corner.

The backgrounds are created using the Wrinkle-free distress ink technique, stamping, and stenciling.

I used Distress markers to color the stamped images.

What a work of art this card is! I love the sea theme and you really created a whole entire scene here. It made me want to grab my sunglasses and hit the beach! I especially love the structure, too, and how this is a beautiful card no matter which way you open it or look at it. It's dimensional art, in my opinion, and I love that you gave the same attention to the inside as to the outside. I'm sure whoever gets this will be a happy birthday girl indeed!
