This week at Topflight Stamps our theme is "Anything Goes". I created a card using the Quirky Post AALL & Create Die Set and various Katzelkraft stamps. (I love that Robot Cat stamp!)

Hello, I'm back again with another Topflight Stamps card for you! This week is "Anything Goes" so I had the pleasure of going through my stamp stash to see what tickled my fancy.
Darkroom Door had such wonderful designs (stock up while they are still available!) I went with a favorite, the Butterfly Garden stamp. Used in the background, Tracy Evan's Fern stamp set paired perfectly with it.

Hello Topflight Stamps fans! This week our brand focus is on Visible Image which is always a fun one. They have great stamps and stencils in a variety of bold designs.
For this card I combined the stamps sets That Lovin' Feline and Birthday Wishes. The cats are watercolored and I did a blended ink background with the Collision stencil.

This week our theme over at Topflight Stamps is mixed media so ink, paint, sprays and other supplies are making their way into our projects! I created a birthday card for my nephew using PaperArtsy Fresco Paint, WOW embossing powder, texture paste, water colors and Gel Press prints. That's a lot of stuff!
The bottom layer is a piece of cardstock with some Stone Fresco Paint brayered onto it. I then used some black texture paste through the Short Circuit stencil over the top. While it was wet, I sprinkled on a little Oiled Slate WOW embossing powder onto the paste. Once dry, I heat embossed it.

Good morning! I have another 'better late than never' birthday card to share with you today. I love the whimsical Katzelkraft stamp designs and this time the cute Dragon came out to play. The background is a Gel Press print and I created the quote bubble in a graphics program and printed it out.

Our new Funkie Junkie Boutique is a fun one and I'm the hostess this time around. We want to see your projects with 'Moving Parts'!
Life can be busy and complicated with lots of moving parts. Sometimes we need to get really creative to make it all work! We would like to see you get creative with this theme and either treat it as a metaphor for something happening in your life or you can literally make parts that move as part of your project. Get crafty!
You can't beat the fun of shaker cards, so I created another shaker card for a birthday. The Cathedral Window is full of shakety bits and there is an additional pop up element inside!

Wobbler for the win! |
Better late than never I say! My nephew's birthday snuck up on me so he ended up getting his card and present late. Pretty sure he was still okay with that ha ha. Heffy Doodle has a versatile Everyday Sentiment Duos stamp set that had the perfect saying for a belated card. As always, I'm also a big fan of the whimsical Katzelkraft stamps and this cute cat was perfect for the theme.
I added a wobbler behind the stamped cat part because interactive cards are just plain fun! (Especially for a kid's card.) A wobbler is basically a plastic spring that pops the element up and makes if wobble with movement. It squishes flat for mailing and has adhesive on the bases so it's really easy to apply to your project.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TOPFLIGHT STAMPS!! |
It's Topflight Stamps 5th birthday and to celebrate, I’ve teamed up with some great designers to showcase celebratory projects using the unique products available at Topflight Stamps. Please hop along with us and see all the beautiful talent from this group of amazing designers! You should have arrived here from Charmaine Canham's blog. If not, no worries, catch the details below.
My card was created with some mixed media fun! I used the AALL & Create 'Tre Fiori' stencil as a mask and spritzed Mulberry and Cherry Pie Prism Glimmer Mist over the top. (Love the fab shine it gives to projects!) Once the first layer was dry, I placed the stencil on another piece of paper and spritzed it all over with Aqua Green Glimmer Mist. I carefully picked it up from the paper, flipped the stencil over and placed it slightly offset from the white masked area on the card base. Taking a paper towel, I placed the towel over it all and gently pressed to transfer the Aqua Green ink from the stencil to the paper, creating a monoprint! It's a simple but fun technique. The sentiment is from a really useful stamp set from Heffy Doodle – the Everyday Sentiment Duos.
Now Hop To It!
