In the Garden with Topflight Stamps

This week at Topflight Stamps our theme is Anything Goes! I was inspired by the Woodware stamp set Garden Wellies to make this cute garden themed card.

The background was created with Lavinia Dinkles ink powders. I used flowers from the PaperArtsy Tracy Scott stamp set #24 to stamp over the background and then layered on fussy cut stamped images from the Garden Wellies set.

Christmas in July with Topflight Stamps

This week at Topflight Stamps we're cooling it down with "Christmas in July"! If you are like most of us, when December rolls around we run short on time for holiday card making. Why not get a start now?

I started off with a shimmery silver gel print background. The main stamp from the Woodware Holy Night set is such a beautiful focal image – I just added some color and gold accents. Perfect!

Winter Wonder with Woodware at Topflight Stamps

This week at Topflight Stamps our brand focus is on Woodware stamps. They have so many cute and whimsical designs!

I pulled a Gel Press print out of my stash to use as the background. Using a stamping platform, I stamped the Snowman Family onto the print and without moving it at all, painted in the figures using acrylic paint. When I was done with that and the paint was dry, I stamped again over the top to bring back any stamped details that got painted over.

Christmas in July – Making Tags with Topflight Stamps

This week at Topflight Stamps our theme is "Christmas" plus there is a sale for the Christmas/Winter category that is running through the end of the month! I created a set of gift tags using the Quirky Post AALL & Create Die Set and Tree Wishes Woodware Stamp Set.

These were easy to make. You could set up an assembly line and create enough for all your Christmas gifts!

More Mixed Media with Topflight Stamps

Hello, I have another Topflight Stamps project for you. We're continuing with the theme of Mixed Media! Using a Woodware Craft Collection stamp, I made a spring banner that I can hang on a hook for decoration.

The base layer is a piece of cardstock that I layered with adhesive backed aluminum tape. Then I painted the tape with acrylic paint. Once it was thoroughly dry, I lightly sanded it to distress it. The second layer is a Gel Press print I had in my stash. The top layer I created with the Nature Page stamp and AALL & Create Regency Bunting Die Set.

New Brand! Funky Birds with Topflight Stamps

 Hello, I'm back with another Topflight Stamps project for you! This week's theme is "Anything Goes" so I took the opportunity to play with some Woodware stamps (a new brand in the store). I especially love their funky bird designs so I picked Lola to use for my card.

I stamped on kraft cardstock and then heat embossed the stamping with black embossing powder. Then I colored it in with colored pencils. I really like how colored pencils pop on the kraft surface. It makes for a bright and cheerful card!
