Yesterday we got to help celebrate the happy occasion of our good friends adopting the most adorable little boy. They will be great parents and have waited a long time for this moment. We are so happy for them! I made a fun Pop 'n Cuts card to give them.

inside with pop up action!

I wanted the card cheerful and fun and not babyish (he is almost three). I had a pad of October Afternoon's Rocket Age paper that I love and thought would be perfect for the card. It's a line from a few years ago but you can probably still find it around. The robot stamps and QuicKutz rocket die I've had in my stash for a while too.

I want to remind you about the Inspiration Journal May challenge "Celebrate!" You have until the end of the month to link up your project for a chance to win $50 to spend at Inspiration Emporium. (A cause for celebration for sure!)

Most of the supplies I used for this card can be found at Inspiration Emporium. Follow the links below and use my code JUICE to save 10% if you go shopping. I will also point out that US shipping is always $5 and international shipping is just $10! ;-)

  1. Lisa, I love your card!! What a great way to celebrate the adoption!

  2. Awe Lisa this is adorable! It is perfect for this priceless occasion! Adoption is a wonderful blessing! I know, we adopted a baby girl 27 years ago! I now have an absolutely beautiful daughter and grand daughter!

  3. Fabulous card! Both inside, and out! I have some of that paper too. One of my all-time favorites.

  4. Oh I just adore that vintage card! Especially love the vintage jeans bling! TFS
