Steampunk Snowman Birthday Card with Topflight Stamps

This week at Topflight Stamps our theme is "Anything Goes".  I made my husband a birthday card featuring the adorable Steampunk Snowman stamp from IndigoBlu.

The base is an inky background made with Lindy's Stamp Gang Starburst Sprays and cut using the SkyCrossed Paradise AALL & Create Die Set. The snowman I stamped, watercolored and fussy cut. He's pretty cute – I'll have to work him into some Valentine cards. ;-)

Happy New Year Cards with Topflight Stamps

This week at Topflight Stamps our theme is "New Year's". I went with a black, white and gold color theme that combined several different products.

The background is created with the Industrial Chic Lindy's Starburst Spray set. I also added some glittery stars using the Studio Light Starry Night and gold Glitter Paste. I cut the center panel using the Quirky Post die set.

Favorite Eileen Hull Projects of 2025

It's that time of year again! Eileen Hull's Inspiration Team looks back over the year past and picks their three favorite projects that they created. It's hard to just pick three! I did it though and here are mine to share…

From May, my color wheel junk journal featuring Eileen's Handbound Journal Die, Rainbow Wheel Thinlits Die Set and many others. Head on over to the original post to see all the photos and a video flip through.

During the summer, I made a snippet roll in the form of a journal. That was so much fun to make! Go here to see all the details.

Last is a project made using Eileen's newest release, the Home Sweet Home Collection. I love how you can make tunnel album projects with the dies so that's what I created. You can see more and a video here.

More Christmas Cards with Topflight Stamps

This week at Topflight Stamps our brand focus is on AALL & Create. They have such a wide range of awesome products! I focused on using their dies and some gorgeous patterned paper from Stamperia.

Using the Holey Fun die set, I fussy cut out sections from the patterned paper pages for the images. The matching scalloped border I cut from the dark green. On the card base, I lightly brayered Eden Lavinia chalk paint to give it some visual texture. The sentiment is cut using the Season's Cheer die set.

Christmas Cards with Creative Expressions & Topflight Stamps

This week at Topflight Stamps our brand focus is on Creative Expressions. They have so many great stamp designs! I'm taking the opportunity to make some more Christmas cards to send.

I really like the Jane's Doodles whimsical Christmas Tree stamp set. I first stamped the trees onto white cardstock and then embossed with clear detail embossing powder. After heat setting, I spayed the backgrounds is with the Lindy's Stamp Gang Autumn Leaves Starburst Spray set (Ponderosa Pines Olive and Autumn Maple Crimson). When that was dry, I laid a piece of absorbent plain newsprint paper over the embossed paper and ironed it with my craft iron. It causes the embossing powder to re-melt and absorb into the newsprint. (Don't let it cool and stick the newsprint to your background!) This gives you a faux batik look.

Festive Makes with Eileen Hull Sizzix Dies

All month long the Eileen Hull Inspiration Team has been making Christmas projects using Eileen's dies. There have been so many great ideas! I made some cute little gift tags using the Tunnel Arches and Home Sweet Home Die Sets.

I put together a ton of the little animals and trees and then had fun arranging them onto tags cut using the Tunnel Arches set. It's hard to see in the photos, but I also added glitter to the snow for that festive winter bling.

Steampunk Christmas Tag with Topflight Stamp

This week at Topflight Stamps our theme is "Gift Tags/Containers/Gift Card Holders". (Getting ready for the holidays!) I created a gift tag focusing on this adorable Steampunk Snowman stamp from IndigoBlu.

The base is a Gel Press print cut using the Taggletastic #30 AALL & Create Die Set. I added some sparkle texture paste using the PaperArtsy Snowflakes stencil. The snowman I stamped, watercolored and fussy cut. He's pretty cute!

I found a beautiful new stamp in the store – "William Morris Strawberry Thief" by IndigoBlu and I knew I wanted to make good use of it. I tried a few different colorways and these two are my favorites! I paired it with a bold "thanks" sentiment cut using the Paper Rose Layered Thanks die set.

Christmas is Coming with Topflight Stamps

This week at Topflight Stamps our theme is "Christmas". If you like to have handmade cards to send out in December, it's not too early to start making them! (Check out the Christmas/Winter category in the store.)

I love the vintage look of the PaperArtsy Hot Picks Xmas 10 stamp set. I used them to create the stamped background. I also fussy cut the stamped car image out and popped it out with some foam adhesive squares behind it. Green embossing powder on the tree added some nice contrast.

Mixed Media Fun with Topflight Stamps

This week at Topflight Stamps our theme is "Mixed Media". (Always lots of fun!) Topflight Stamps carries all sorts of media and tools for your own mixed media adventures.

I applied texture paste through the AALL & Create #100 Nodes over an inky background. Once it was dry, I spritzed and splattered it with Lindy's Smoky Sapphire and Autumn Leaves mists. I also used Winter Green Fresco paint through the PaperArtsy PM025 mini stencil. The owls I stamped, watercolored and fussy cut (from Katzelkraft set KTZ237). Paired with Funny Bone Funnies sentiment strips for a funny snarky card. ;-)

Get Inky with Topflight Stamps!

This week at Topflight Stamps our product focus is on Ink – Topflight Stamps carries an array of fab ink pads for all your stamping needs!

I am a huge fan of the Lavinia Elements ink pads. They blend beautifully and there are so many wonderful colors! I used those to make the blended background (don't forget the blending brushes). I also used them (Lime Punch & Russet Orange) to stamp the webs and text. The raven I stamped with Clair Nocturne. A little splatter of Red Hot Poker Orange from the Lindy's Autumn Leaves spray collection added a bit of glimmer.
