AALL & Create Wedding Card with Topflight Stamps

This week at Topflight Stamps our theme is Anything Goes! I decided this was a great opportunity to make my son's wedding card.

First I created a soft background using Lindy's Stamp Gang Moon Shadow Mist - Gossamer Gold. I went light on the mist and used lots of water so it would be a subtle background. It still has plenty of glimmer though and catches the light nicely! I stamped the flowers (Petal Therapy #684) over it with waterproof ink and then added some watercolor.

Thank You Card Set with Topflight Stamps

Hello, this week at Topflight Stamps our theme is "Anything Goes"! I made a set of thank you cards for my son to use for his graduation gifts. ;-)

Mixed Media Fun with Topflight Stamps

Hello, I'm back with another Topflight Stamps project for you! This week's theme is a fun one – Mixed Media! (Totally my jam.) I pulled out inks, texture paste, embossing powder and more and went to town.

First I applied some black texture paste through the Olives & Ivy stencil and sprinkled on some WOW! Sea Salt embossing powder onto it while it was wet. I set it aside to dry and then heat embossed it. The second layer is a piece of heavy cardstock covered with an inky, splotchy background and then stamped using the Bubbles stamp to add texture. The top layer is a tag I stamped with the Artsy Alpha Numbers stamp, then heat embossed. Afterwards, I spritzed it with various sprays to get the colors to puddle around the embossed image. The card is topped off with a ephemera sentiment from the Funny Bone Funnies pack.

Think Spring with Topflight Stamps

Hello, I'm back with another Topflight Stamps project for you! This week's theme is "Spring/Mother's Day". I created a pair of cards to give to my Mom and Mother-in-law next month.

I stamped Summer Meadow using embossing ink and then embossed it with clear embossing powder to form a resist. Then I blended Lavinia ink over the image and also added some Lavinia Dinkles Ink Powder around the edges. Stenciling and die cutting finished it off.

Getting Crazy with Katzelkraft & Topflight Stamps

Hello, this week at Topflight Stamps our brand focus is on Katzelkraft. I love the variety of design styles they have and this quirky Owls is a new favorite! I used it in creating a funny mixed media card:

The background is a gel print from my print stash. I used the AALL & Create Olives & Ivy Stencil and texture paste to make a pattern over that. I added some Sea Salt Embossing Powder to the paste while it was wet. When dry, I heat embossed the powder. I also used some of the ready to go AALL & Create Ephemera Funny Bone Funnies #49. They are so handy and a fun way to add some snark to your project.

The background is a gel print from my print stash. I used the AALL & Create Digits Geared Stencil and Sahara Lavinia Elements Ink to make a pattern over that. I then layered on various die cuts (Skycrossed Paradise #34) and washi tape (Twine #15). I also used some of the ready to go AALL & Create Ephemera Die Cuts (Clipped Mailers #67). They are so handy!

Send Someone a Love-ly Card for Valentine's Day

Hello, this week at Topflight Stamps our theme is all about Valentine's Day and I'm back with another card to share! (Check out the large selection of Love themed stamps and stencils in the store.) I had some stencil fun on this card.

I laid the Studio Light Stencil Grungy Hearts onto a sheet of white mixed media card stock and then sprayed it all over with Pinkella Mysticals Mist. I left the stencil in place and sprinkled some tiny bits of Burgandy Dinkles Ink Powder onto it as well. I also spritzed on a bit of extra water to help the powder crystals dissolve. I let the stencil lie on the paper while everything dried and removed it afterwards.

Hello, this week at Topflight Stamps our theme is all about Valentine's Day! It's fun to make cards for friends and loved ones and there is certainly a large selection of stamps and stencils to choose from in the store. I made this cute card:

The background is a sheet of AALL & Create Design Paper from the Papyrus Vert #7 pack. (Handy and quick!) I stamped over that using the Heartfelt Pattern Carabelle Stencil / Stamp Set. I topped it off with some fussy cut images from the AALL & Create Stamp Set, Heart Hugs, stamped and watercolored.

Getting Creative in 2025 with Topflight Stamps

Welcome 2025! I can't believe it's the start of a new year already. Hopefully you all have had a joyful and creative holiday season. I always find myself in need of some thank you cards this time of year so I made a set as my project for the week:

Christmas Gift Card Holders with Topflight Stamps

Hello Topflight Stamps fans! We're focusing now on Christmas tags, containers or gift card holders. I'm back with another project for the week – this time it's gift card holders. I used a die to cut the library pockets (Eileen Hull's Library Pocket, ATC Card & Tabs) out of Gel Press prints and Christmas Plaid patterned paper. Hello Topflight Stamps fans! This week we're focusing on Christmas tags, containers or gift card holders. It's always handy to have a stash on hand for the holidays! AALL & Create has some great new die sets available now and they were perfect for combining with festive Lavinia stamps.

I created two large gift tags. The bases are cut using the AALL & Create Die Set Taggletastic. The Merry Christmas sentiment is from the AALL & Create Die Set Season's Cheer and the images are Lavinia stamps Christmas Joy and Eve.

It's Fall! – A Card with Topflight Stamps

It's finally September! I'm ready for fall weather and colors so I was inspired to create an autumn themed card using the AALL & Create Garden Times stamp as a focal image.

I raided my stash of monoprints made with a Gel Press Plate for the layer under the main image. (It pays to have a stash!)
